Add instructors who see only their own classes

Give a teacher the Instructor role and they get a staff workspace limited to the classes they teach. From Members, open Roles & permissions to see every owner, admin and instructor in one place and turn on extras like creating classes or inviting students with one click.

For educators & schools·

The Roles & permissions page: the explainer of what instructors, admins and owners can do, then the staff table where each instructor's checkboxes grant extras such as creating classes.

An org dashboard that shows who needs attention first

Your dashboard now opens with the students who need attention, work waiting to be graded and assignments due this week, and every number links to the list behind it. Each student's profile now shows when they were last active, their assignment scores and on-time rate, and their progress in each class.

The org dashboard's Needs Attention panel opens to students whose scores dropped, then one student's profile shows when they were last active and, on the Assignments tab, 5 of 6 assignments completed with an 80% on-time rate.
A teacher's Mistake Review, ten practice questions per student from each student's own recent mistakes, lists how many old mistakes each student fixed (4/10, 7/10, 7/10); a student picks Review, their missed words, in Vocabulary practice.
New

Mistake Review brings back what you got wrong

Teachers can assign a Mistake Review that gives each student 5 to 30 practice questions or vocabulary words from their own recent misses, then see how many old mistakes each student fixed. Students can also pick Mistake Review on their own in Vocabulary practice.

On the Assignments page, the Direct filter, then New opens Assign to students, where a teacher searches for one student and ticks them to give work without a class.
New

Assign work to a single student without setting up a class

Choose Assign to specific students when you create an assignment, or use Create individual assignment on a student's page. It suits one-off tutoring or a quick assignment before your roster is set up. The Direct filter on Assignments keeps these easy to find.

A teacher reviewing a student's completed practice session in read-only mode clicks Report on a question and picks what is wrong with it.
New

"Report a problem" for tutors and org teachers

Tutors and teachers reviewing a student's practice session can now flag a question that looks wrong, using the same Report a problem button students already have.
